A collegiate basketball player with degrees in Psychology and Fine arts, Joslin has been a consultant for organizations ranging from Fortune 500 corporations and professional sports leagues to universities and nonprofits, including the CFL, the USL, Pengrowth, Agrium, SAIT, NAIT, the University of Calgary, SMART Technologies and Mount Royal University. Ingrid Green, Soccer Ambassador DNA replete with nano-sized soccer balls is the only plausible explanation for Ingrid Green’s passion for her favorite sport. Serving the grass roots sports community has always been Ingrid’s focus. In 1993, she kickstarted a Canada Summer Games Girls Soccer program with a Talent ID Camp led by University of Toronto’s, Nikki Nicolaou. Ingrid founded Aurora Minor Soccer— the first youth soccer league in Yellowknife, NWT. She’s also lobbied City Council to increase adaptability / use of proposed sports facilities. Helping kids, parents, coaches and refs enjoy their sports experience is of paramount importance. Finding ways to translate lessons in sport into lessons in life is a skill Ingrid hopes to master because she believes,”Soccer is a cure…” Whether serving as a striker / gk at UWaterloo, or holding down the midfield indoors at Chelsea Piers in NYC, Ingrid knew that “to play is to live”. Although Ingrid has hung up her cleats, from high school games to WPS to World Cup, she continues to be an ardent supporter of the beautiful game.

Arielle Douglas, Designer There has never been a lack of passion for sport in Arielle’s life. Although her studies have taken a different direction from her initial focus in Kinesiology, graphic design has created some great opportunities. Not the least of which was working for the Vancouver 2010 Organizing Committee on the branding of the Olympic and Para Olympic Winter Games. It became clear during her time at VANOC 2010 that Arielle could feed her passion for both design and sport. Prior to her BA in Communication Studies and Graphic Design, Arielle became a certified personal trainer, helping clients reach their fitness goals for Goodlife Fitness and eventually managing a Curves franchise. Her foundation in the sport and fitness industry along with her customer relations and brand development expertise are invaluable to PLAY3R. She will be graduating from Mount Royal University in April 2011.
